At iMCC we value commitment and constantly strive for excellence in whatever we do. In the PeopleFrist team we found both. PeopleFirst were engaged by iMCC to develop an HR policy manual which is focused on ensuring good people management policies and practices across the organization. They were also responsible for the design and development of a performance management framework that is aligned to best practices and will help iMCC to manage the performance of our people. Our aim is to recognize and reward our people for their efforts and help them to develop further in order to realize their potential. PeopleFirst has designed, developed and helped us train and implement a framework that will drive a performance based culture across all areas of our business. Throughout the project PeopleFirst worked collaboratively with the iMCC team, sharing skills and knowledge and willingly training and coaching the iMCC HR team. The result of their efforts and technical expertise has helped iMCC put in place HR solutions that meet the needs of our business and take in account our culture and strategic aims.
